Lexington Law™ - The Leading Credit Repair Firm
Why credit repair?
In the court system, you are presumed innocent until proven guilty. However, in the credit system, it may feel as though you are guilty until you prove your innocence.

Thankfully, the law gives you the right to dispute any credit listing on your credit reports that you feel may be inaccurate, untimely, misleading, biased, incomplete or unverifiable (questionable items). If a credit bureau can't verify the accuracy of a disputed listing, then it must be removed from your credit report.

The Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) gives you the right to accurate credit reporting. Exercise that right by having your questionable credit listings either verified as accurate or removed from your credit reports according to the law.

Why hire a law firm?
When dealing with something as important and sensitive as your credit, you should be very careful who you trust to help you. Who you hire to represent you can have a profound effect on the outcome of your case.

When it comes to matters of trust, there is no better place to turn than a law firm. Attorneys are bound by rules of ethics that require them to act with absolute integrity. Attorneys are responsible for looking after their clients' best interest and are required to call upon every means possible to obtain positive results for those clients.

With the lawyers of Lexington Law on your side, you will have a true advocate for your rights—someone who cares about you and your situation, and will work very hard to help you reach your credit goals.

Why Lexington Law?
While the process of repairing credit reports should be easy to do on your own, getting results can be difficult, time consuming, and frustrating (as many of our clients have found). That's where Lexington Law comes in.

Since 1991, Lexington Law has helped over 1/2 million clients improve their credit. Our many years of experience have helped us develop and refine our credit repair services to deliver optimal results—results which assisted our clients in the removal of over 600,000 items last year alone.**

Why act now?
As lending options for consumers with poor credit continue to decrease, having a healthy credit score has never been more important. When you consider that the only alternative is waiting seven years for credit problems to go away, there's no better time to act than the present.

You have an incredible array of rights when it comes to improving your credit, but you must take action on those rights to make them work for you.
